MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The food isn't the only important thing to a great visit, the best restaurants in the world make you feel:

The front of house staff at the Pizza Tipi should be, first and foremost, friendly and approachable.

We have great food so you just need to look after the guests and help oversee a smooth running restaurant.

You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, problem solve efficiently and liaison with kitchen staff to ensure efficiency whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Setting the restaurant up for service
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Knowledgeable of the restaurant and fforests story & history
  • Maintaining, cleaning and organising all dining and guest areas
  • Handling card transactions with accuracy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Ensuring the restaurant is running within capacity at all times
  • Closing the restaurant at the end of service, ensuring all standards met
  • Reporting to your duty manager

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£6.40-£11.44 per hour


Day range:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
