Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time PG Programme Administrator in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences.You will provide administrative support to the Programme Director, academic staff, sessional staff and students for the School Engineering and Technology.
Responsibilities will include dealing with student and staff enquiries, maintaining records and liaising with other areas of the University such as Registry, Examinations, Enabling Team, Quality Team and the HUB.
You should be educated to A Level or equivalent standard with strong IT skills, including the use of databases.Excellent administrative, organisational and team-working skills are essential and experience of using a student records database such as SITS would be advantageous.
The ability to co-ordinate a wide range of activities and to communicate effectively when dealing with a wide range of contacts is also essential.
