Advert B7 Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Team Leader within the existing Knowsley Community Cardiovascular Service.


The post will be based within Knowsley community service currently based at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital but providing care across the Borough of Knowsley.

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team with and excellent motivated experienced Cardiovascular Team.


The services covers a complex approach across multiple co morbidities in Cardiovascular care., ie Heart Failure, Stroke, PVD, Cardiac revascularisation, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality Cardiovascular programme in line with the Commissioned Service.
