Position:
Customer Service Executive

Location:
Hassocks (outskirts) - car required due to rural location

Hours:
Monday to Friday

Hourly Pay:
£12 per hour

We are delighted to be supporting one of our excellent clients, seeking a customer service executive to join their team.

The role will include

Ensuring the customer needs are met.
Processing orders
Providing product information
Updating systems and website settings
Providing aftersales care
Providing updates on orders
Liaising with couriers

You will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.
