We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Engage Leeds team.


As a Housing Support Worker you will work alongside colleagues and partners, managing a caseload delivering housing related support to people at risk of homelessness or require support to sustain their accommodation.

What we are looking for:

  • Have experience of working in a housing / support environment and understand the issues faced by clients with housing support needs.
  • Deliver high quality, customer focused, responsive and accountable support to those accessing the service.
  • Be an effective communicator, be able to influence others, work under their own initiative and under pressure.
  • Ensure service provision is sensitive to the needs of the people we support, promote empowerment, selfresilience and respect individual dignity and selfesteem.
  • Assist Team Leaders and Engage Leeds partners to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and local community partners_._
