We operate mainly in Lancashire but offer supported living services nationwide as well as delivering key worker accommodation in Lincolnshire.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role you will be responsible for providing a caretaker service at our Supported Living properties in the Leicester area and playing a major role in fulfilling the Group's health and safety responsibilities.

You will liaise with support providers, at the schemes to ensure compliance to health and safety. Also ensuring any repairs are addressed, and/or completed/reported in a timely manner.

You will also liaise with the Housing Officer & Tenants on a regular basis to ensure works required are co-ordinated effectively.

This role is Permanent and Full Time, working 36.25 hours per week, however we can consider a job share, working 18 hours per week.
