Moston Consultants are hiring Regional Trainers for a leading Justice Care provider based around South East England.

Our clients training team are an integral part of Learning and Development, proudly supporting the clients Senior Leadership Team in their objective to ensure new and existing colleagues are appropriately trained to fulfil their role and developed to their full potential.

About the role

Working closely with the Regional Training Managers, Regional Operational Training Teams, Operational Management, QHSE, the Home Office and Group L&D team, the role requires individuals to work autonomously with passion to deliver the exceptional every day, being fully committed across all contracts.

About you:

As a Regional Operational Trainer you will have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in people facing teaching role
1 year experience in a fast paced ever changing environment working autonomously and remotely within a wider team.
The ability to travel to locations across contracted region to deliver in person training and remotely.
Relevant qualifications such as Education and training qualification level 3, previous coaching, and teaching experience.
IT literate
Knowledge of Use of Force, First Aid or H & S Instructor (desirable)
