£200 - £400 per day

Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office with Monday Mandatory
Purpose Of Job
Managing multiple end to end recruitment campaigns senior professional services (e.g VP, Director) and senior academic roles (Head of Department and above) within the organisation to ensure an efficient, cost effective and compliant recruitment process
Building an effective working relationship with senior staff (e.g the Provost, Chair and their teams) to ensure senior recruitment campaigns are delivered smoothly.
Proactively generating applicants through various search methodologies
Working to a defined service catalogue to deliver a value-added service which improves the way the organisation recruit's talent, reducing time to hire and cost per hire.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing end to end recruitment requirements to agreed service catalogue and metrics utilizing defined the organisation systems and processes in line with the organisations policies including, but not limited to, the Recruitment Policy.
Working with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role including defining times for shortlisting and interviews, advertising, and routes to market strategy, social media engagement (e.g Linked In), and assessment.
Managing verbal offer processes
Required Experience / Skills
Proven experience of full life-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment with a particular focus on Executive Search.
Experience is choosing a new idea and convincing lead people higher up in the organisation why to stick with your idea.
