An interim (Fractional) CFO is required for an exciting, high-growth Seed-funded business with a high-profile investor portfolio looking to secure its Series A investment in the coming months.
The business offers a members-only sanctuary for London's most inspired musicians, artists, managers, labels, and creators.Their 22,000 square foot flagship West London venue is home to 40 creative spaces, including studios across music, podcast, videoand photography, designed specifically for creatives by creatives.
With an East London site set to open later this year and a further West London site in the pipeline for 2023, the business is looking to continue its growth and secure investment Series A inQ1 2023.
An interim CFO is required to come aboard on a fractional basis (circa 1 to 2 days per week) to provide commercial finance support to the CEO on the upcoming fundraising project, as well as ongoing support on the following responsibilities:- Supporting the future fundraising round
- Working with the CEO and founding team on a comprehensive range of adhoc projects
- Developing the capital and operational expenditure models
