The Role - Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Implement the instructions and meet the targets set by the Head of Operations to ensure our contractual obligations are met.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with residents and all stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is at the forefront of all interactions and assist with successfully onboarding residents to their new homes.
  • Produce accurate, high quality and customer focused written work.
  • Develop positive and effective relationships with individual residents, the client and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with referring defects to the developer and be the main point of contact between the Customer Care team and Pinnacle.
  • Liaise with other teams and contractors to ensure the properties and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all documents are uploaded to the IT systems and IT systems updated as required.
  • Assist with the management of void properties prior to letting and sale.
  • Work alongside the lettings team providing assistance with enquiries and viewings where required, including liaising with local authority nomination teams.
  • In keeping with Pinnacles values, you will ensure you bring added value to the contract, beyond the basic requirements of the role.

Skills

  • Be able to work proactively under own initiative
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • There will be completing deadlines so good organisational skills are key
  • Be super organised.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment
  • IT skills (Word and Excel and relevant software)
  • To be able to demonstrate the behaviours required as outlined in the Living the Values section of the Pinnacle Way booklet
