Vision for Education are seeking passionate and nurturing Teaching Assistants who have a child centred approach.

About the role:

Working in this school as part of a supportive and caring team, the desired teaching assistant will be supporting children with a range of different needs.

In this highly rewarding role, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with individual pupils and groups.

Supporting on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Be enthusiastic and reliable.
Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
Have good communication skills.
Be patient and resilient.

About the school:

This School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to play their part in taking the school from 'Good' to 'Outstanding'.

They are a forward thinking setting with a range of resources including a sensory room and hydrotherapy pool. The desired teaching assistant will be supporting children with a range of different needs in small sized classes. There is plenty of opportunity for this to turn into a permanent position.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) you will:

Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
