On behalf of our blue-chip client based in Leeds, we are recruiting a customer service advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Title:
Customer Service Administrator

Reports To:
Depot Manager

Salary - 25k - 28k Annually (dependent on experience)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Purpose of Role:
To help support the highest standard of service delivered to PWR direct and broker customers

Qualifications/ Experience/Skills Required for Role:

Excellent IT Skills
Experience in a customer service role with basic commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organised, determined and methodical
Works with initiative

General Duties will include:

Act as the primary daytoday interface between PWR direct and broker customers
Carry out all aspects of customer service work to enable PWR to meet its customer service targets
Generate a strong focus on customer retention, development of customers and build strong relationships with all internal and external customers
Answer and record all inbound calls and handle conclusion of all correspondence received within given timescales.
Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and carry out proactive customer service activity as directed.
Consistently delivers on work processes and quality
Compliance with the requirements of the company Management System (MS), as appropriate, in the execution of your duties. (Refer to Section 5.3 of the Company Manual, inc. Appendix 3)
Ensure working safely remains the highest priority at all times in the execution of your duties

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
