Ledwood are looking for a
HR Generalist to support our project teams from our Head Office in Pembroke Dock.

Provide an integrated HR service aligned to achieving business objectives while effectively representing the HR function.

Areas of responsibility will extend across UK work locations, main point of contact between the project team and head office, in relation to HR & Payroll queries to support the business and HR Function to ensure they are linked to the business strategy, growth and development.

Ideally a background understanding within the Engineering Oil&Gas sector.


Location:
Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire

Working Hours:
Based on 38 hours per week
Experience in Payroll or Recruitment within Mechanical Oil, Gas & Energy sectors preferable but not essential.


Your new position will involve:

Responsible for the coordination of all Human Resource functions across the company including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Resourcing & Scheduling of labour
  • Contracts and T&C'S
  • Training
  • Succession Planning
  • Performance Manager
  • Absence Management
  • Dispute Resolution including Chairing Meetings

  • Flexibility to visit our different site locations if the business requires

Training / Qualifications:


  • Further education certificates / degree level
  • Desired previous experience within a timekeeping role or recruitment role
  • Desired previous experience within an similar role within the Oil/Gas Industry
  • Desired knowledge/ understanding of NAECI (Blue Book)

Rate of Pay:
Depending on experience, this will be discussed with each applicant.


Working Hours:38 hours Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 8 hours 8:am to 4:30pm & Friday 8am to 2:30pm), based in the Main Office, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.
