Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop the management information provided to the COO and CFO for all areas of the division
  • Lead, Improve and consolidate the Division's detailed analysis to support strategic business decision making
  • Improve the efficiency in business processes across the division
  • Manage and improve the Cashflow forecasting process
  • To manage the annual Audit liaising with the external auditors and other stakeholders.
  • To control, oversee and review budgets and forecasts for each part of the Division

Personal Description
Essential

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • 5+ years experience working within an SME at an FC or FD position
  • Deadline focused and enthusiastic with an understanding of the dynamics of an SME with an appreciation of the pressures of being part of a PLC
  • Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service.
  • Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills being able to communicate across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent skills in core Microsoft products
  • Resides within a commutable distance of the Bracknell Office


  • Immediate Start Desirable

  • Experience of using Microsoft Great Plains
  • Power BI experience or similar
