Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the management information provided to the COO and CFO for all areas of the division
- Lead, Improve and consolidate the Division's detailed analysis to support strategic business decision making
- Improve the efficiency in business processes across the division
- Manage and improve the Cashflow forecasting process
- To manage the annual Audit liaising with the external auditors and other stakeholders.
- To control, oversee and review budgets and forecasts for each part of the Division
Personal Description
Essential
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- 5+ years experience working within an SME at an FC or FD position
- Deadline focused and enthusiastic with an understanding of the dynamics of an SME with an appreciation of the pressures of being part of a PLC
- Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service.
- Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills being able to communicate across all levels of the business.
- Excellent skills in core Microsoft products
- Resides within a commutable distance of the Bracknell Office
- Immediate Start Desirable
- Experience of using Microsoft Great Plains
- Power BI experience or similar
