About Our Client:
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation based in Warrington, employing several hundred professionals across different divisions and sectors.
- Manage the purchase ledger function within the finance department
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
- Prepare monthly payment runs and adhoc payments when required
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with monthend close processes and reporting
- Work closely with other finance team members and liaise with suppliers
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Relevant and up to date experience raising and producing invoices
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the notforprofit sector
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with accounting software
- A keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues
