About Our Client:


You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation based in Warrington, employing several hundred professionals across different divisions and sectors.

They have a strong community focus and are driven by their commitment to making a difference.

  • Manage the purchase ledger function within the finance department
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
  • Prepare monthly payment runs and adhoc payments when required
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with monthend close processes and reporting
  • Work closely with other finance team members and liaise with suppliers

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Relevant and up to date experience raising and producing invoices
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the notforprofit sector
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • A keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues
