We are looking for a Accounts Payable Jr. Associate to support our finance team.
You will be receiving, recording and processing purchase and invoices from suppliers while ensuring invoices are approved in accordance with internal authorisation matrix.
This role will be based in London.The role include:
- Receive, record and process purchase and invoices from suppliers
- Assist with weekly payment runs
- Ensure Purchase Orders are raised in accordance with procurement policy
- Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with internal authorisation matrix.
- Dealing with internal & external queries regarding invoices and payments
- Support on credit control and weekly reporting
- Approve staff expenses for employees
- Assist with credit card reconciliations
- Supporting with adhoc requests from the wider finance team
Requirements:
- Detail orientated
- A team player
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous work experience in accounts payable or similar function is desired
- Previous work experience with excel is desired
