Responsible to:
Operations Team Leader
Based in Warrington, with good links to the M56 and M62 and close to both Warrington Bank Quay and Warrington Central train stations, Connexus Medical Appointments are dedicated to delivering industry-leading medical reporting services to our clients within the legal and insurance sectors
As part of the operations team, your main responsibility will be to obtain copies of an injured party's medical records to assist in their personal injury claims.
You will be responsible for the secure storage of the records and liaising with our panel of medical experts where required.
This role will also provide administrative support to our Case Handlers. You will book appointments with our panel of experts, deal with queries from solicitors and other partiesDuties:
- Liaising with chasing GP surgeries, clients and hospitals where necessary to secure copies of medical records.
- Ongoing management of secure storage of medical records
- Liaise with your colleagues to ensure claims are run smoothly
- Booking medical appointments for our customers by liaising with our medical expert panel

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Warrington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
