Business Development Executive

£25,000 - £35,000 (OTE) + Uncapped commission


Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join a well-established Lloyd's broker as a Business Development Executive.

They specialise in providing Professional Indemnity insurance to a wide range of businesses including architects,solicitors, and surveyors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through telesales
  • Deliver accurate and relevant sales pitches to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer data
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 £35,000 (OTE) based on experience
