HR business partner needed for a growing company based in the Penrith area.

I am excited to be exclusively working with an award-winning, rapidly growing company based on the edge of the Lake District who are looking to develop their HR function.

This is a Part
- time role (3 days) with flexibility of hybrid working -salary ranging from 45-55k pro rata

Duties and responsibilities

This company is a progressive and quick-thinking company, who needs an energetic and accessible HR person, willing to work closely with the directors to support cultural transition as well as build the vision held by the directors and support future needsto adapt the business due to growth plans

You will be the soul HR person within this company, and it is important that whoever comes in needs to have the experience and confidence to be able Own, drive, develop and report on all HR areas and liaise with the director in a consultative way.
