This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Integrated Specialist Public Health Nurse (ISPHN) - Health Visitor within the North Holderness team area which covers Beverley, Hornsea and surrounding villages.

This is a 30 hour post to be worked over 4 days.


The successful applicant will be based in Beverley and will be the caseload holder for the 9 months to 5 years age group leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

The 5-11 age caseload is allocated between Health Visitors and School Nurses according to who is best placed to undertake work and who best knows the family.


We are looking for motivated applicants with initiative and drive to further develop the 0-19 service in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Covering almost 1,000 square miles the East Riding is an exciting place to work and provides a comprehensive service to all children, young people and families including children looked after and FNP.
