The Role:

The Marketing Manager will report to the Founders of this exciting organisation.

The role will require cross-functional stakeholder management and will oversee our client's digital marketing programmes, take ownership of the brand message as well as writingnew blog posts.


Whilst this is a role that sits in an in house team, it will require someone who will be comfortable with occasionally managing external digital agencies.

This role will be suited to an organised and dynamic individual who has a passion for social mediaand all things marketing.

Responsibilities:

Social media activities and monitoring. Develop a regular program of LinkedIn posts (possibly working with external agency) and grow the number of LinkedIn followers.

Develop regular program of non-project-related Facebook and Instagram posts for clients and research participants.

Writing new company blog posts

Website enhancement and monitoring, including both on-page and off-age Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for two websites.

Developing and implementing sophisticated integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels

Providing accurate digital analytics

Hitting and exceeding targets

Running A/B Testis of landing pages and website content to improve results

Ensure that our client's brand messaging is clear across all channels

Manage a busy webinar programme that will be used to generate leads

To be considered for the role of Marketing Manager
you must have:

  • At least 3 year's Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proven record in successfully managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently
  • Experience in Blog writing
  • KPI focused mindset, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performance
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in making changes to website journeys to improve UX
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Creative mindset

The Package for?Marketing Manager:


  • Salary: £35,000£40,000 plus £2,000 £4,000 bonus

Location:

The position of Marketing Manager will be based in Central London, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
