About Our Client:

Your primary role in this position would be to support customers with a variety of queries in relation to a wide range of products and services

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask, EG: Type and talk
  • Excellent IT skills; the ability to utilise the inhouse computer systems
  • Adaptable to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues
  • Answering customer queries via a live chat system
  • Effective after sales support

The Successful Applicant:

  • Must be able to commit to Saturdays
  • Can do attitude
  • Phone based experience
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
