Covering 10 Programme Tracks from AI/DeepTech, Global Leadership, Future of Energy, Startup Innovation/IPO to Health and the Global Economy.


Key Responsibilities:


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced content curator who's got their finger on the pulse when it comes to transformational technology and its impact on society and business.

Someone who knows what great content looks like, who understands how to translate purpose into programming, puts diversity and a plurality of voices at the centre of their content and who is hungry to find the Zeitgeist across multiple topics and issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the wider Editorial Team to ensure the overall Festival agenda delivers a worldclass content program
  • Owning the speaker pipeline and invitations and booking for all sessions within the allocated Programme tracks
  • Contribute speaker and topic ideas to the GLS, Masterclasses and Main Stage agendas
  • Ensure diversity of thought, gender and race
  • Research, engage and work with multiple Content Partners across individual sessions to bring to life their vision with the same quality bar that we look to achieve with our own content
  • Working with speakers and content partners to finalise session titles and descriptions that are in line within the CogX tone of voice. Ensure that all session content is signed off and delivered on AirTable within the required timelines
  • Work closely with the Speaker Liaison Team to ensure a firstclass endtoend experience for all speakers and content partners and that all speaker details and collateral are not only correct (on the Speaker Management Platform and the CogX website) but also are delivered within the required timelines to maximise marketing opportunities
  • Participate in the process of curating weekly newsletters associated with your topic tracks
  • Responsible for the briefing process of all moderators and speakers to ensure that they are clear on the session format, structure and content focus and deliver on the published description of the session
  • Manage relationships with speakers and content partners in the runup to the Festival and on the day around all things content
  • Attendance in person at the event in London is required
  • Reporting to the Festival Director to bring to life a jointly agreed vision

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


Your Experience:


  • Editorial Vision, ability to spot the zeitgeist and bring it to life. Passion for Global Tech Transformation, Diversity, Economy and Future of Work, Impact of AI, Politics, Climate and expert knowledge in one or more areas
  • High level curating, ability to shape an event and integrate different speakers and perspectives
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to liaise with high profile individuals (and their teams) with charm
  • Ability to juggle and to take pleasure in solving problems and the thrill of live events and related deadlines
  • You will demonstrate alignment with CogX's values. Charismatic, tenacious and ambitious as well as being a rigorous, lowego, collaborative person who's always learning. Demonstrates highintegrity and a passion for CogX's mission and purpose
  • Digitally literate and comfortable using AirTable, Slack, G Suite and Hubspot
  • 810 years experience of working for worldleading media, events or agency businesses in a content capacity or as a journalist
