Customer Support Administrator - Stoke
Davies are looking to recruit an Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Stoke.
In this role, you will play a vital role within the company and be the first point of contact for our customers.
What will your day look like:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Issue reports to clients when required.
- Resolve customer queries proactively.
- Appoint suppliers.
- Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients.
- Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims
- To support the field adjusters and associates
- Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
Abilities And Knowledge:
There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although welcome those with previous industry experience, it's transferrable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies we'll provide a full and comprehensive induction and training programme to support and nurture you in the first steps of your career journey.
- Ability to delivering outcomes in a fastpaced environment
- Capable to effectively communicate both written and verbal
- Proven experience working as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skill
- Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic Polite and courteous phone manner
