Description
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, efficient and friendly person to be part of the Reception team within Derby City


You will need to have:

  • A good standard of general education which includes English language GCSE, Grade B or above
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • IT literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential as well as a friendly and caring personality.

You should also have a good telephone manner and be able to stay calm under pressure and must have good keyboard and PC skills.


This is a busy and varied role which requires a flexible approach and you will need to be able to work using your own initiative and as part of the team.

Flexible working hours will be required to cover periods of annual leave and sickness.
