At Impact North West Ltd, as part of our alternative education programmes, we work with learners with a range of additional needs, in particular those with social, emotional and mental health needs.

We are recruiting a full time Centre Lead to manage our Ellesmere Port offer.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the leading of the centre to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum programme.

To support the Head of Centre in reviewing centre targets.

To co-ordinate joined up practice within the centre.

To support the QA process within the centre.

To support the Impact AP curriculum for both key stage 3 and 4.

To support the tutors in delivering the extra-curricular enrichment programme.

To ensure that staff are supported in their delivery of lessons.

To ensure that learners are registered onsite.

To support students whilst learning to ensure barriers to learning are diminished.

To ensure that resources are available to staff when required.

To greet guests and sign them in.

To answer telephone calls and deal with centre enquiries.

Ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Ensure that there is a conducive environment fit for learning.

To raise attainment for all young people.

To consistently plan, prepare and deliver, high quality, engaging interventions for all learners.

To support the SEN process for our students, supporting the Head of Centre in ongoing referrals and assessments.

To be responsible for the ongoing monitoring, reviewing and assessments of all learners.

Salary:
£19,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
