LinkedInThis role is a full-time role based from our Headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday in normal hours.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while optimising resource utilisation and minimizing costs as defined by the inputs from the Production Team.
- Execute standardised planning processes through standard work whilst identifying and supporting opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor production processes and ensure accurately updated schedules as needed to address issues and delays with strong communication to the Customer Services Team.
- Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actions in line with Production and S&OP to increase both efficiency and output.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Communicate production schedules, goals, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate production capacity and capabilities to support business growth objectives aligned to the S&OP team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning and management.
- Act as the liaison to the CST team, supporting commercial led meetings as required.
- SAP data cleanse/accuracy focusing to Leadtime and planning parameters.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the planning team.
- Able to demonstrate previous planning experience within a engineering setting
- Proficient in planning elements of ERP software, ideally SAP
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
