Position:
First Call Operative

Salary:
£39 - £53,000
Are you a qualified First Call Operativethat's looking for a new role? Encore are now recruiting for an EXCITING new role in multiple locations across the South East and East of England


Responsibilities:


  • Attend the scene of Emergency Gas Leaks within the allocated SLA
  • Trace the Gas Leaks and repair where possible
  • Provide firstclass customer service and support
  • Provide customers with energy efficiency advice
  • Ensure allpaperwork is completedaccurately and timely
  • Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure all company deadlines are met
  • Resolution of customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
  • A certain level of flexibility will be required regarding the job role and responsibilities to fulfil this position

This position is initially a contract position whereby you would require your own van and tools

Essential Requirements:


  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Previous Gas Metering Experience
  • Previous FCO experience
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • IT literate
  • CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 along with CESP1 or CODNESP
  • Flexible on working hours, some late shifts may be required
