MLC Partners are working with a Government organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Head of Human Resources for a 6 month contract.

This role will lead a HR team, who are responsible for operational HR, Business Partnering, L&D and Recruitment.

You will be a confident and credible HR professional who is inspiring and positive. You will need to be a good leader and be able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Someone from a public sector background is desired for this post, preferably with a civil service background.

This role is considered inside IR35 and will require 2 days on site.
