Hours: 30 hours a week. Working between 09:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Friday on either a flexible or fixed hours arrangement. Some weekend and evening work may be required occasionally.

Make the most of your customer service skills in one of our exciting and challenging roles, where you'll respond quickly and accurately to a whole host of enquiries about Derby City Council's and its partner services.
The role
You must have:
- GCSE at Grade C or equivalent in English and Math
- A proven track record of dealing with the public in a customer service role
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Experience of using IT systems to record data accurately
- A professional manner and willingness to want to "Be the Best"
