Temporary Finance Assistant - Castle Donington, United Kingdom - Western Power Distribution

Job IntroductionA secondment opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join our Credit Control team based at Pegasus in Castle Donington for a minimum term of 6 months.
The Credit Control section is responsible for the collection of all non-DUoS receivables in NGED.
If you are offered a position, you will be required to complete and provide a satisfactory basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.
Our hiring managers will have no access to your name, age, gender or other diversity information until after shortlisting has taken place.
Main Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers who have not paid monies by the due time & associated disputes.
- Dealing with enquiries from customers by telephone and written communication.
- Liaising with the team managers and team supports at local office to resolve queries
- Producing, recording and filing of follow up letters.
- Provide up to date debtor information for both weekly and monthly management reporting
Experience of working in a credit control environment would be an advantage and you must have the diplomacy and tenacity to manage customer relationships, both in writing and verbally.
