Martin & Conley are currently recruiting for a global international organisation who are now established in the UK and looking to cement their already fantastic reputation by expanding in this region.

What they're offering:
- £40K-£70K DOE

Fully remote (UK based as will need to interact with clients occasionally)
An exciting opportunity to grow the business within the UK

Responsibilities:

Be a senior member in the client success team and independently handle clients with the help of multiple project teams to drive client success.
Own overall client engagement through frequent interactions with CXO's and by showcasing the value delivered by our product.
Understand specific requirements or the current processes of a client and work towards delivering/improvising them with the help of our product and analytics team.
Mentor a team of consultants & business analysts working alongside you on multiple projects to deliver the best results for our clients and team as well.
Support the business development team in their efforts of bringing in new clients by participating in pre sales phases.

Qualifications & skills:

Strong domain expertise in buying/merchandising/planning.
4+ years of experience in Retail, Lifestyle, Ecommerce.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Graduate degree from Tier1 colleges.
