About Our Client:


Page Personnel have a very exciting and progressive role for a HR Assistant to join an Engineering organisation based in Solihull.

This role offers hybrid working - Circa 3 days office per week.

This is a very exciting developmental role, offering fantastic opportunities for career progression.


Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Assistant will provide support with a wide range of people matters including gaining exposure to some exciting HR projects and initiatives.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Work together with the Recruitment and HR Administrator to ensure seamless onboarding for all new starters
  • Ownership of the vetting process
  • Own the delivery of Corporate Induction
  • Key ownership of HR Data and their related process with regards to At Work and Leaving Work processes
  • Ensure site compliance with HR activities e.g. probation reviews, performance reviews
  • Support HR Initiatives such as Employee Engagement, CSR programme and Employee Recognition Scheme
  • Handle, manage and analyse data where required, for adhoc business reporting
  • Champion the use of HR selfservice options to provide assistance to line managers and employees
  • Support with the Payroll process
  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve inhouse HR related processes

The Successful Applicant:

You might have a background as a HR Administrator looking for more responsibility.

Alternatievly, you might currently be a HR Assistant/Coordinator/Office looking for a new challenge.
