Location:
Glasgow

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

Salary:
£12 per hour

Start date:
March 2023

Contract:
temporary with a view or permanent

What your day would look like:
The Collections Advisor will communicate with customers by conducting outbound calls to collect payments.

Provide customers with accurate and consistent information to reduce unnecessary contact and ensure excellent customer service
Knowledge Management keeping up to date with processes, rules and products
Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints
Drive collections of outstanding payments through negotiation
Ensure quality of customer conversations in line with Policies and Quality assessment standards.

What we need you to have:

Experience of working in a call centre environment and dealing with high volume outbound calls
Strong attention to attention
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independantly
Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
