Description

Priory Hospital Woking provides private acute mental health and addiction services (inpatients and day patients), and run extensive private outpatient clinics.


We are looking for an organised, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our busy administrative team working in a hybrid role as both our Finance Administrator and Workforce Coordinator.

This is an interesting and varied role that would suit an individual who has previous experience of a similar role within healthcare and effectively managing staffing rotas.


As our Workforce Coordinator you will report to the Director of Clinical Services (DoCS), manage site staffing and ensure each shift is fully staffed through internal employees, bank workers or agency staff.


As our Finance Administrator your main duties will include but are not limited to raising purchase orders for the Hospital, dealing with matters related to invoice processing and other finance tasks and managing the onsite petty cash.

We want you to flourish in your new role so training will be provided. In addition, further training for the Healthcare Industry is given with some mandatory classroom training sessions also.

Previous administrative experience and IT literacy is essential.
