Job Description:

Morgan McKinley are working with an international Asset Finance company who are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their busy Marketing team

The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team to support integrated marketing programs to achieve growth objectives, build the brand within the UK & ensure the business is communicating effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

Maintain the annual Events Calender to capture all events which may be of interest to the business
Prepare Event Plans for each event ensure all relevant details are recorded, updated and shared as events are executed
Build relationships with key stakeholders for each event both internally and externally
Organise events within deadlines and budget agreed
Support the delivery of external communications via CRM systems
Create content for internal communications
Be a brand guardian ensure brand guidelines are followed across all activities
Support the management of Salesforce for communications to customers
Maintain budget document to ensure all costs are recorded & PO's raised
Key background/skills desired of the Marketing Coordinator

Key background/skills of the Marketing Coordinator:

Experience planning and executing B2B events
Track record of supporting marketing campaigns within B2B Financial Services
Experience writing copy for internal & external communications
A creative eye a history of creatively designing campaigns & thinking outside of the box
Superb organisational skills, able to work on several projects simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder management skills
