The Role

Future Academies Watford is looking for a dedicated and organised Pastoral Support Officer to join our experienced pastoral team.

The Pastoral Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the well-being, behaviour, and attendance of students with a specific year group.

The role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage administrative procedures and provide essential pastoral support to students and their families.
