Description
The clinical fellow will help the surgical teams in managing both elective and emergency patients.

They will work alongside foundation doctors, specialty trainees and clinical fellows in managing patients from the time of their admission, throughout their treatment, to the time of their discharge.

Patients will need to be seen on daily ward rounds.

The post holder will work across sites and will have ample opportunity to gain experience of colorectal surgery.

There is a 1:14 on

- call rota commitment with this post.


The post holder will be required to support the foundation, core and junior fellow doctors and liaise with the registrars regarding patient care.

We would encourage regular audit/teaching and support career development.
