Business Administrator Part Time - Uxbridge, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
We are seeking an individual to join a well established team on a part time basis. Working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 2pm, the role will include:
Administration
Maintaining & monitoring on a daily basis for next working dayout of hours emergency jobs and call outs.
Ensuring the correct information for employee payments are sent correctly to payroll.
Following through with the teams to ensure that they request a purchase order for call outs to raise invoices
Organise hours
Maintain, monitor and log staffholidays, sickness and time keeping
Update and monitor job management software
Raising invoices on a daily basis
You must have excellent customer service skills and IT skills.
