We specialize in supplying fresh herbs, microgreens, baby vegetables, pea shoots, edible leaves, and flowers to wholesalers, restaurants, and Michelin-starred chefs across the UK and beyond.


Job Overview:


As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our production team in manufacturing fresh herb oils within a refrigerated environment.

Your duties will include following production schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow.


Duties:


  • Assist with the setup and preparation of production equipment
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
  • Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Package finished products according to specifications
  • Conduct quality control checks to identify any defects or issues
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Skills:


  • Previous experience in food production is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, such as HACCP, is a plus
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and alone.

Pay:
£11.44-£11.85 per hour
