Description
To work as part of the Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Integrated Administration Team. Covering 3 services OPMH, District Nursing and Community Rehabilitation Service.Comprehensive Administration Services including answering the phone, typing, scanning, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail. Manage and received telephone calls, taking messages and passing to the appropriate department.
Ensuring effective communication and courtesy at all times, supporting the multi professional team members with administrative tasks and generally assisting in the coordination of the running of the team.
The post holder should be aware that this post will require working in the Bridgwater & North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Huband some weekend out of hours working will be required to support the Trust's aim of 7 day working.
