We are currently looking for people with experience in;
- Bed management
- CERNER patient records system
- Healthcare Operations management
- Ward Clerking
- Logistics
- Customer service via the phones
- PA
In general you will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, and able to maintain the confidentiality required in working in a patient environment.

Education & Qualifications:
Essential criteria:
- 5 GCSE grade A-C including maths and English or equivalent
Desirable criteria:
- 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications or experience
Experience:
Essential criteria:
- Good computer literacy, eg Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
- Evidence of good level of literacy and numeracy
Desirable criteria:
- Ability to manage change and help others deal with change
- Experience of dealing with telephone calls effectively
- Experience in typing up complex NHS documents or equivalent experience in typing up complex documents when required
Skills & Aptitudes:
Essential criteria:
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Good organisational and liaison skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Excellent customer care skills with a "can do" attitude
- Understanding issues around patient confidentiality and information governance
- To be flexible and adaptable
- Capable of multitasking

- Self motivated and good at problem solving
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures with particular reference to children
