Main duties of the job:

We are currently looking for people with experience in;

  • Bed management
  • CERNER patient records system
  • Healthcare Operations management
  • Ward Clerking
  • Logistics
  • Customer service via the phones
  • PA
We have roles on all our sites at Hampstead, Enfield and in Barnet.


In general you will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, and able to maintain the confidentiality required in working in a patient environment.

Education & Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE grade A-C including maths and English or equivalent

Desirable criteria:


  • 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications or experience

Experience:


Essential criteria:


  • Good computer literacy, eg Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
  • Evidence of good level of literacy and numeracy

Desirable criteria:


  • Ability to manage change and help others deal with change
  • Experience of dealing with telephone calls effectively
  • Experience in typing up complex NHS documents or equivalent experience in typing up complex documents when required

Skills & Aptitudes:

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good organisational and liaison skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
