Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations:

Assist with the management of product listings on our ecommerce platform
Monitor and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels
Conduct regular audits of the platform to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience
Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and implement new features on the platform

Digital Content Creation:

Create visually appealing and engaging product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials
Create fun digital content for social media platforms to engage with our customers
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
12 years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital content creation
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Passion for creating visually appealing and engaging content
