Klime-Ezee is a steel fabrication company that specialises in manufacturing mobile access platforms & safety steps.

The role:

Prepping products for powder coating (wiping down product ready for powder coating)
Spotting defects and reporting them back to manufacturing
Producing treads on our power presses
Sawing and bending tubing to produce parts for assembly
Goods in
Kanbans
Paperwork management (works orders)
Fitting products together to the highest standard
Ensuring equipment and filters are cleaned as per rota
Helping pack spares orders ready for delivery
Signing products off for dispatch
Assist loading vehicles for transport company
Adhering to our 3S'ing & Chores rota
Embracing our Lean culture
Adhere to all health and safety rules
Have researched
Lean Thinking:
Have experience in a manufacturing environment
Ensure quality is added with each process
Understand and implement personal and company safety measures including using the correct PPE at all times
Have great communication skills, they are essential to work with team members and converse with customers and clients
Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
Be confident to speak up in meetings
Constantly look to better themselves and their processes

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm | Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm

Overtime is currently available at a higher rate

Pay:
Starting rate £12.36ph - £25,708.80

Once your probation period has finished, you will be reviewed monthly on your character, where your bonus pay will be adjusted to match your rating.
