About the roleAs a result of recent changes to the service, Cambridgeshire County Council are looking to appoint a Quality and Performance Officer to its Adult Social Care Contracts and Brokerage Team.
We have an opening on a fixed term basis to the end of March 2025.You will be part of a team responsible for commissioning, brokering, and contract managing a full range of adult social care provision across Cambridgeshire.
The post is based in our office at Huntingdon, and we offer hybrid working, supported by flexible and agile working practices.
What will you be doing?
You will be working to collect, produce and analyse, management information/data, to report on performance and assess risk across adult's social care services, with particular focus on the quality of care service delivery.
About you- Demonstrate attention to detail, be inquisitive and have the ability to interrogate data/intelligence.
- Have experience of operating in a demanding performance driven environment.
- Have excellent IT skills including use of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- Have an understanding of current Adult Social Care issues at a local and national level.
