The UK Consumer Acquisition & Digital team is passionate about acquiring new Cardmembers and generating revenue through digital channels & marketing, with a focus on our prospect and customer needs.

The Paid Channel Acquisition Executive will support continued innovation of our "always-on" digital channels, to drive continued growth in acquisition volume and improvements in investment efficiency.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support growth of UK acquisition through activity in paid media channels (Search, Social Media, Affiliate and Display Media)
  • Help shape the acquisition strategy for UK Consumer by identifying and proposing new insights
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deploy targeting & bidding strategies, adtech capabilities, and creative messaging to excite and convert prospects
  • Maintain and execute a pipeline of testandlearn opportunities to increase growth opportunities
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis

Essential Skills:

  • Marketing experience, including agency management and briefing
  • Experience of media planning across online channels
  • A good understanding of the creative development process
  • Highly motivated, independent and proactive, confident in leading projects and campaign delivery
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • Analytical skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
  • Operates well under pressure
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Strong initiative and problemsolving skills finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude
