Description

Your role will be to provide support to students with additional needs, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities.

You will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creativeand determined attitude that will help motivate students.

You will be directly supporting the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.

The school are looking to recruit a team of Learning Support Assistants who are able to commit to the full academic year.

The right applicant for this Learning Support Assistant position will:

Have experience of working as a teaching assistant (desired):

Have an interest in the education sector

. SEND experience (Desired)

. A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years)

Ability to engage with and inspire young learners.
