About the role
:


Our Early Careers team are on their top form following a complete refresh of our systems and processes, making the full Early Careers recruitment lifecycle slicker than ever.

We want to continue this upwards trajectory by bringing a new Advisor into the team.

What could your day to day look like?

You will support and manage the end-to-end early careers recruitment process, from attraction all the way through to onboarding
- **Attraction** - managing advertising, social media and attending careers events. It's all about building the buzz
-
Work Experience Programme - managing on an adhoc basis

About you
:


There is plenty to keep you busy in the Early Careers team, some of the processes run concurrently so organisation is fundamental, and being able to prioritise effectively is only going to work in your advantage.

You will also need to be

  • A forwardthinking individual, always looking at ways to improve the way we do things
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • With good presentation skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft packages
