Description
This office-based role is with a leading building services contractor based on the outskirts of Glasgow working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
8.30am-5pm.Previous experience of working with an organisation within the facilities management, construction, social housing or similar discipline would be beneficial.
Salary £23,000-£24,000 d.o.eResponsibilities:
- Provide all support staff with the information and resources they need in a timely manner.
- Manage a calendar for operational management
- Communicate daily with other support staff.
- Ensure that all meeting rooms are booked for the correct time.
- Book flights, hotels and train tickets for travel.
- Handle expenses.
- Respond to inquiries from employees quickly.
