A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar Receptionist/Admin who is well-presented and switched-on to join a top VC firm based in the West End.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage reception desk
Meeting room management inc diary and catering
Switchboard management
Support the wider team with admin as needed
Supplier and supply management
CRM management
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
WHO YOU ARE
A first/second jobber, looking for a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will provide 5* FOH service and support to a busy team.
Requirements:
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £30k (DOE) plus discretionary bonus and offers hybrid working.
